The building is set in a prestigious countryside location on the flanks of Spartillas Mountain and has a spectacular view over the sea, with Corfu Town and the Mainland in the distance. It is characterized by its intimate atmosphere, as shown in the pictures.

It comprises a three-floor building with a total of five apartments, all with sea view and sharing a private swimming pool.
Each apartment has its own entrance and designated parking space. Internal layouts can be designed according to customer specifications.

The building is located 4 kilometres from the resorts of Ipsos and Barbati, 16 kilometres from the airport, 14 kilometres from the town centre and one kilometre from the traditional village of Spartillas, where there are shops for basic food supplies and unique coffee bars where you can enjoy a country breakfast.
